The hotel is conveniently located right on the River Walk, offering unbeatable value. The rooms, though listed as Superior Queen, pleasantly surprised me with two double beds. The strong cigarette odor in the room was a major turn-off, lingering even on my belongings after leaving.

Rooms
6.0
The room, though advertised as Superior Queen, actually had 2 double beds which was a nice surprise. However, the smell of cigarettes in the room, linens, and towels was overpowering and unpleasant.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking in attentiveness and consideration. No apologies or compensation offered for inconveniences caused, including early morning cleaning without regard for guest's schedule.
Location
7.0
The location is excellent, right on the River Walk providing a perfect setting. However, needs significant improvement in both interior and exterior maintenance.

The dining options were limited to breakfast and burgers only, though the quality was good. It's worth noting the positive aspect of unlimited mimosas.

5.0/10

The hotel had a strong cigarette smoke smell upon arrival, no curtains on the window letting in too much light in the morning, and the smell persisted throughout my stay. I requested a different room due to my child's severe asthma and ended up with a smoking room. The cleanliness was not up to par, evident by a dirty sock in the corner and a spitball on the ceiling.

Rooms
5.0
The room had a persistent cigarette smoke smell and lacked essential amenities like curtains. The cleanliness was subpar, with evidence of previous occupants' belongings.
Service
5.0
The staff was unhelpful, even going as far as calling security when I requested a room change due to the issues. However, they eventually accommodated us, albeit with a lack of people skills and some rudeness.
Location
5.0
The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief. The location next to the River Walk was convenient, but the overall state of the area was old and run down.
Dining
5.0
Limited food choices were available, and the overall experience was subpar despite some good aspects. The dining options were not as great as expected.

The hotel has a convenient location right by the river, offering a peaceful ambiance but could be closer to the casino and restaurants. The rooms had a bit of a musty smell and felt like a dungeon, leading to a mixed experience. While the dining options were limited, the riverfront setting added charm to the stay.

The hotel's location needs improvement both inside and outside, but it offers a convenient proximity to a riverfront suite and nearby Starbucks and Bubba Gump's. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms falls short, lacking amenities and displaying a rundown appearance.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was in front of the stairs, in a bad location as I requested the bottom floor grass area. The furniture and carpets were in need of replacement.
Service
5.0
The service started at midnight with disruptive noise lasting until early morning. Additionally, the staff was rude, indifferent, and unhelpful, with non-smoking rooms smelling like cigarettes and maintenance issues present.
Location

While the casino and food options were decent for those who could navigate around, the hotel itself lacked cleanliness and amenities, giving off a rundown appearance. Limited rooms are available further away from the casino.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were big and clean, although I wished they smelled more fresh. The service was lacking, with rude staff trying to cut corners in this tough economy. The location was nice, near the river but a bit far from other attractions. The dining options were a hit and miss, delicious at times but with long waits. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was very outdated and dirty, but the convenient pet walk area in the parking lot was a nice touch. The service was lackluster with staff interrupting my rest early in the morning for room cleaning. The location was optimal for exploring the area, although there were some issues with noise and pool maintenance. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities could use some improvement.
